Solution format
We request you to submit your solution as .txt file and NOT as .doc, .odt or PDF. This makes it easier to search in your solution and to view it online (even via mobile phones). Of course you can pack it into a .zip file. Of course you can still submit video solutions or use PDF if you want to add screenshots... but we prefer .txt :)

Solutions
Lately, we have been recieving alot of solutions for crackmes that there already exist like 2-3 good solutions, and many times, the new solutions is just "the same solutions but written with other words". However if you want the solution published, try bring something new into the solution. And at last, for you that never read our FAQ's/rules and still upload single file like "keygen.exe", please think again.

Rating a crackme
If you are not agree with the rate of a crackme feel free to contact one of the moderators explaining your thoughts about a possible new rate level. Please, don't post comment like "It's not level x, it's level y. Change it!" inside 'Discussions and comments' section, it doesn't help us...

Submit a crackme
To prevent some misunderstanding when we receive a solution I would encourage the author of the crackme to add a readme file with all the necessary informations. We have this rule already but seems like no one read our rules...

Some notes about 'Discussions and comments' section
The area was born for helping newbies, talking about problems related with crackmes and so on. Unfortunatly lately there's a different usage of the area, I'm referring to comments like this one: "I created the keygen, download at ...". Most of the time there's only the exe file and only few times I have seen source (not commented) code. Well, this attitude is completely against the spirit of the site; no one will learn something from an exe file. So, why don't you try to write a decent tutorial too?
From now on I'll remove every comments of this type. I hope you will understand the decision.
